Louis Morris 

A brief story about me, I’m 26, born and raised in London with more than a decade of hands-on experience. I started working on set from an early age, learning the ropes as a runner whilst still at school and university. Whilst most of my experience comes from the commercial world, I also have additional experience in long-form, pre-, and post-production. After working on a project in Cape Town, I was offered a role with Farm Films as an AD for their 2025 season. I quickly fell in love with the city, the SA film industry, and moved here as swiftly as I could.

My experience has taught me the value of communication, collaboration, and attention to detail when working with production teams to anticipate needs and solve challenges. I'm hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow in the production world. While most of my time has been on set, I’ve also worked with various production and post-production companies, this gives me an advantage with how I see the overall project from start to end. With this and my various roles in marketing and hospitality industry, giving me extensive experience dealing with clients and their diverse needs.

I am also dedicated to my gyming, fitness and strength training which has proven invaluable on set, whether hauling gear up flights of stairs or hustling to keep things running smoothly, I never shy away from the physical demands of the job, nor do I complain. Beyond stamina, I also bring technical insight as a proficient Adobe Premiere editor, this give me a unique understanding of post-production while remaining fully engaged in the process of live shoots. I don’t just keep pace with your shoot’s demands, I anticipate them. With gym-built strength, an editor’s precision, and a decade of set-honed instincts, I keep productions moving faster, smarter, and more creatively than you thought possible.
