Dream Team was born in 2025, the culmination of Kelly Grobler's decade of hands-on production experience in South Africa's film industry. Having served both as a crew member and a trusted agent, Kelly was inspired by the power of personal crew placements. She built an agency upheld by two fundamental pillars: deep industry knowledge and authentic relationships.
You won't find generic spreadsheets or one-size-fits-all solutions here. Instead, we meticulously connect just the right people with just the right projects, every time.
